JPD Management is Hiring a Leasing Agent Near Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
- Screen and process rental applications, including verifying income, employment, and rental history
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
- Collect and process rental payments from tenants
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and lease agreements
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants

Skills:
- Experience using property management software such as OneSite or CMMS Appfolio ir similar
- Strong administrative and organizational skills for maintaining tenant files and records
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and other team members

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 per week
